Stress is a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation.
We have different types of stress!
Mental stress and physical stress.
I deal with physical stress a lot.
i tend to get stressed easily when I over work myself so I always have it in mind that I will sleep to get relieved after a long day at work.

The stress reliever that I depend on is music and sleep.when I'm stressed out i feel relieved by taking a nap if I'm not ok after that nap I will just turn on my bluetooth speaker,play music and i dance along with that I feel more relieved.
Sometimes I don't feel like doing anything when I'm stressed out i just sleep for some hours and i feel relieved.
Stress make me weak at times that I have to use pain relief to get back on my feet.i wish I can just be working for home forever because too much of stress do tell on my body and my health.

Stress is also a natural human response that prompt us to address challenges and threats in our lives.
challenges tend to cause stress when it too much.everyone has one or two challenges they are facing in life that make them feel stressed.i get relieved from this mental stress called challenges by speaking out.i tell my mum and i let it out by doing that I feel relieved.
