I love to travel! Road trips are fun in the company of family and friends. I'm not sure if travelling by flight or train would offer the same pleasure since I have not ever traveled by these two. Oh please go ahead and laugh, I said it. I have not ever entered an airplane or train and this is 2021. Lol
Its ironic that I love to travel but I have this phobia/allergy for remaining in a moving car with windows up and air-conditioning blasting. It always gives me this feeling of light headedness and a churning stomach made worse with the urge throwup. Even with this, I still travel because give me an hour or more into the journey, I'll begin to recover and feel good again.
The jovial, lively and curious person that I am makes it impossible to go on a trip with me and be bored unless of cause you wanted us to discuss serious but annoying issues. I'm saying this because that's what my husband I do a lot. We have 'hard' talks earlier on road trios before we settle down and enjoy the moment.
For the longest time in my life, I travelled to port Harcourt Nigeria every year for a religious seminar. Though I have missed out on two consecutive year seminar since lockdown. Porthharcourt is in the southern part of Nigeria and its one of Nigeria's fun and Mega city. The culture and people are different from where I hail. My family and I always find the fact that woman go on low cut as hairstyle or even skin cut hilarious. Their dress sense is very different from the Northerners' as well. 'Pidgin' English spoken there is on a whole new level!
The southerners have lots of delicacies and that's one thing I love so much about about my yearly trips to Portharcourt. There are a bunch of new foods to try.
'Boli', a roasted plantain over hot coal is very common here. I came to love eating Boli because of Portharcourt people. They roast and garnish it so well.

If I had the money, I'll travel always. I wish to visit places all over the world. I envy those people that can afford to travel always, its a cool lifestyle they have chosen.
