Cada día la voz de las mujeres va cobrando mayor importancia en la vida de las personas. Y cuando menciono esto me refiero a que, por mucho, el papel de la mujer en la sociedad es tan relevante que sin ellas no existirían los niños y adultos que hoy somos y/o conocemos.
¿Qué es para mí la mujer? 💁🏻♀️
Hablar de esto implica que mencione quién soy, que siento de ser yo misma.
Entonces digo y acepto que soy una persona con temores, inseguridades, celulitis, estrías, a veces con ojeras, con el cabello despeinado, con flojera y no siempre de buen humor 😂
Y, sin embargo, también digo y acepto que soy una mujer con cualidades únicas y especiales que Dios me ha regalado. De igual forma poseo una fortaleza física que me permite resistir hasta el día más abrumador posible.
Soy amante de mi hogar, mi familia, mi gata 😻 , un buen café 😂, de la limpieza, el orden y el buen gusto. De las ocurrencias de un niño y de su afecto sin interés. Además me gusta mostrar mi cariño con palabras sinceras cuando así lo siento.

Every day the voice of women is becoming more and more important in people's lives. And when I mention this I mean that, by far, the role of women in society is so relevant that without them there would not be the children and adults we are and/or know today.
What is woman for me? 💁🏻♀️
Talking about this implies that I mention who I am, how I feel about being myself.
So I say and accept that I am a person with fears, insecurities, cellulite, stretch marks, sometimes with dark circles under my eyes, with unkempt hair, with laziness and not always in a good mood 😂
And yet, I also say and accept that I am a woman with unique and special qualities that God has given me. I likewise possess a physical strength that allows me to withstand even the most overwhelming day possible.
I love my home, my family, my cat 😻 , a good coffee 😂, cleanliness, order and good taste. Of a child's witticisms and uninterested affection. I also like to show my affection with sincere words when I feel it.
Claro, se que a unas nos gusta más unas cosas que otras o hay algunas que no nos gustan, y eso está bien 😃
Cómo suelo decir, la diversidad es maravillosa. Esas características que nos hacen diferentes unos de otros son la belleza del mundo.
Por eso Dios nos hizo diferentes. Ahí podemos ver su amor hacia la variedad de caracteres y sus ganas de cada uno sea el complemento de otro.
Creo que si cada día reconocemos esto, que requerimos los unos de los otros y que Dios así lo quiere, seremos personas más generosas, humildes y colaboradoras.
Realmente creo que eso es la mujer. Una mezcla de grandes cosas, acompañadas de sentimientos, que impulsa las vidas de las personas de formas que a veces no alcanzamos a percibir pero que su efecto está allí 🤗
¿Por qué existen hogares donde los niños son protegidos y atendidos de una forma sana? ¿Por qué hay empresas que llevan sus trabajos al día?
Sí, hay un gran equipo de personas involucradas en todo esto, pero de seguro en ese equipo hay una o varias bellas mujeres haciendo una maravillosa labor 🌟
Sure, I know that some of us like some things more than others or there are some things we don't like, and that's okay 😃
As I often say, diversity is wonderful. Those characteristics that make us different from one another are the beauty of the world.
That's why God made us different. There we can see His love for the variety of characters and His desire for each to be the complement of another.
I believe that if we recognize this every day, that we need each other and that God wants it that way, we will be more generous, humble and collaborative people.
I truly believe that this is what a woman is. A mixture of great things, accompanied by feelings, that drives people's lives in ways that sometimes we do not manage to perceive but that their effect is there 🤗
Why are there homes where children are protected and cared for in a healthy way? Why are there companies that bring their jobs up to date?
Yes, there is a great team of people involved in all this, but for sure in that team there is one or several beautiful women doing a wonderful job 🌟
Ahora bien, ¿Cómo abordaría estos temas con los niños?
En esta era digitalizada y de gran propagación de contenido audiovisual es todo un reto, para las madres y demás miembros de las familias, hacerle frente a lo que los niños consumen a diario.
Aunque hay muchísimo material educativo, de información y capacitación para la humanidad en general, igualmente hay material que lamentablemente pudiera denigrar a los más vulnerables y no ser un buen ejemplo para los más pequeños.
Así que se presenta la dificultad de explicarles cómo ver estos asuntos o si, por el contrario, trataremos de exponerlos lo menos posible a esto (es decisión de cada padre que hará en esos casos y eso es respetable para mí 😊).
Por eso, tomando en cuenta este asunto, hablaría con nuestros niños de una manera honesta, amena y con consideración.
Dejándole saber, por supuesto, que el valor de cada ser humano empieza en el trato, la consideración y la atención que se de así mismo. Recordando que los adultos podemos dar el ejemplo, sembrando primero eso en nosotros para luego transmitirlo a ellos.
Si estos hermosos atributos abundan con excelencia en los niños, serán capaces de vivir su vida seguros de quienes son 💜

Now, how would you address these issues with children?
In this digitalized era and the great spread of audiovisual content, it is a challenge for mothers and other family members to deal with what children consume on a daily basis.
Although there is a lot of educational material, information and training for humanity in general, there is also material that unfortunately could denigrate the most vulnerable and not be a good example for the little ones.
So the difficulty arises to explain to them how to see these issues or if, on the contrary, we will try to expose them as little as possible to this (it is up to each parent to decide what to do in such cases and that is respectable for me 😊).
So, taking this matter into consideration, I would talk to our children in an honest, kind and considerate way.
Letting them know, of course, that the value of every human being begins in the treatment, consideration and attention they give themselves. Remembering that we adults can set the example, first sowing it in ourselves and then transmitting it to them.
If these beautiful attributes abound with excellence in children, they will be able to live their lives confident of who they are 💜
