Mucho tiempo sin escrbiescrbir en esta hermosa comunidad, comunidad que me abrió las puertas desde mi inicio en Hive.

Hoy vengo a contarle un poco de cómo drenar mis emociones y cansancio, asi que aqui voy.

Me voy a la playa, medito, me tomo y como algo rico, me premio por mi ardua labor con algo que me gusta.

Duermo, escucho música, salgo con mis amigas, visito a mi familia, camino, hago ejercicio, respiro. Me paro y analizo lo que me esta afectado y lo mejoro. Escribo.

Básicamente hago eso, a mi manera, a como me sienta más cómoda y no me genere más estrés.

Siempre me pongo yo primero, porque si yo estoy bien, mi familia esta bien.

Así que si, primero nos amamos nosotras y nos atendemos nosotras para luego atender a los demás.

Hello hello

A long time without writing in this beautiful community, a community that opened its doors to me since I started in Hive.

Today I come to tell you a little about how to drain my emotions and tiredness, so here I go.

I go to the beach, I meditate, I drink and eat something delicious, I reward myself for my hard work with something that I like.

I sleep, I listen to music, I go out with my friends, I visit my family, I walk, I exercise, I breathe. I stop and analyze what is affecting me and improve it. I write.

Basically I do that, in my own way, however I feel most comfortable and it doesn't cause me more stress.

I always put myself first, because if I am well, my family is well.
