I am so tired of the “mean girl” mentality. Why are we, as women, tearing each other down when we should be lifting each other up? It doesn’t make sense. We already face enough challenges in this world, why add to them by competing, criticizing, or excluding one another?
There is so much strength in unity. When women support women, incredible things happen. Confidence grows. Voices get louder. Barriers break. But when we choose jealousy, gossip, or judgment, we all lose.
Kindness costs nothing. Encouragement takes only a moment. A compliment, a defense of someone who isn’t in the room, a decision not to participate in negativity, these small choices create a culture where everyone feels seen and valued.
Let’s stop normalizing “mean girl” behavior. Let’s normalize celebrating each other’s wins, supporting each other through losses, and creating spaces where kindness is the standard.
Be a kind human, not a mean girl!
