Hello Ladies Happy new Month It's been a wonderful time having to continue this hive journey and even experience new month, I feel Optimistic about this month, I hope you feel the same way too.
Down to the business of today, so i decided to go for the second topic.
when I was much younger I had no care in the world I was maybe 13 0r 14 years old, my Mum had travelled for a week to her hometown leaving me in the care of my Father and my siblings in my care. So yeah basically everything was in my care including getting myself and my siblings ready for church. I had dressed myself and my siblings in a outfits my Mom has sewn from us from the dressmaker she usually makes our dress from.
I had prepared myself and my siblings and ewe went to Church excited, but then came the time for Dancing and rejoicing and giving our offerings, as the dance was going on I too moved my body to match the rhythm of the dance and suddenly my skirt fell off my waist , the skirt is sewn but the style used to hold the skirt on is a rope , and sadly the rope had lossened and my skirt dropped to the ground in the eyes of the whole church. I was a bit shy I had to run outside it was so embarrassing, that I left the church and went to a neighbouring church for service.
My heart sank and I couldn't even concentrate in the new church I attended and so all I did was replay the time my skirt fell off my waist.
Well I had to wait for the new church I attended to close for the day, and then I went back to get my siblings so we could go home. I was really embarrassed and never wanted to wait and just ran home with my younger siblings.
I went to church, happy and excited but then went home sad and embarrassed. My siblings did tell the tale to my Mother when she arrived from her trip.
It left quite a memory in my mind and I never forget till this day.
All that ran through my mind was what if I had no pants underneath what would have happened to my self esteem, in church. Not that I had any admirer in church but my prestige would have dropped from 100 to a 0, but luckily nobody even remembers the incident anymore.
