Indeed everyone has a favorite meal, and not everyone really loves or enjoys cooking, but for someone like me, cooking is my hubby, and I have never, for once, not enjoyed cooking, and my best and favorite meals are fried rice and salads. And I think , fried rice is one of the simplest food to cook except you are not conservatie with it.
This particular meal I can cook at any time of the day; even if you wake me up from the sleep, I will cook fried rice without making any mistakes, fried rice is one food I can eat even If I don't feel like eating anything. No matter how much I have lost my appetite, anytime I see fried rice, I get turned on, like fried rice is my best meal. If someone is coming to my house for the first time, fried rice is what I cook to welcome my visitors. So the special ingredient I use in preparing my fried rice is turmeric. Below is the picture.

Turmeric gives my fried rice a unique color, and a perfect texture. I remember cooking it one time for my sister in-law, after eating she asked me to teach her how I made it because it tastes and looks delicious and different from the ones she's been eating. I also remember cooking it one time and posting it on my Whatsapp status, the next day, one of my friend called me to asked how I prepared it because it looks different.
