Hello, ladies?
How are you this week? is your job okay? Or is there still a lot of work that has to be done until late at night because of orders from a dictatorial boss? Are you eating well?
After several weeks of not participating in the weekly contest on Ladies of Hive. This week, LOH created a very interesting theme from . Even though the two options questions are all good, but I want to discuss the first one only,
If you are in a bad mood, do you prefer to be left alone or have someone to cheer you up?
When I'm in a very bad mood, I prefer to spend time alone. I tend not to talk or interact intensely with other people.
So there are a few things I do when I'm in a bad mood and alone;
- Lying in my room
Is there anyone like me? Often when I'm in a bad mood, I choose to restore my mood by sleeping or lying down in my room. I'm the type of person who doesn't want to do anything when I'm in a bad mood. Even my hobby of reading books can't get my mood right.
- Dance randomly
Is Titis a dancer? definitely not! But, I really like to dance irregularly with any music when I'm not in a good mood. I don't know why either. But, after I felt tired and sweaty from this random activity of mine, I felt relieved. I can also scream while dancing.
What kind of music do I usually play when I want to dance? because I really like K-Pop idols, I will play their song list. Usually the songs I play often belong to idol groups NCT and Super Junior from SM Entertainment. Actually, I could have learned the choreography from them, but because I'm not good at memorizing their moves quickly, I chose to dance randomly.
- Talk to myself
The third one I do most often when I'm in a bad mood. Talk to myself.
Have you ever tried talking to yourself too?
This is very fun!
In fact, my mother often overheard me talking to myself and then thought I was a little weird. LOL. I'm sorry Mom, but this is really fun.
Every time I talk to myself, I find myself again, or a new side of myself.
I'll start with
"Titis, why are you in a bad mood today?"
"Tis, you have to get better soon!"
or other things. What I often do is ask myself questions and then answer them myself and sum up everything I ask. After getting tired of dialogue with myself, suddenly my mood gradually improved. I don't know if this activity about talking to myself is good for me or not. LOL. But, again and again I really like it!
