Hello hivers
It's your favorite skin therapist....
Your skin is the most vital part of your body , to take care of it we must choose the perfect skin care routine that best suits your skin. As a care therapist for over 5years I have come across a lot of skin tips and issues, and I tell my clients what works for
“A might not work for B”
I advice people to do a facial at least once a month and ask your therapist for products that work for your skin.
My client's are lucky because I'm not just a skin therapist I also make organic products that has cured a lot of client's , bringing back their confidence .
How to care for your skin ?
There are many ways to care for your skin but for me drinking water and facial treatment is the most important .
Step 1: washing your face morning and night.
This helps to remove dirt and excess oil on the face
Step2: Get loads as loads of sleep.
Step 3: Exfoliate your face at least 2wice a week
Step 4: Use a toner (helps to remove excess oil)
Step 5: know your skin type (this will help you select the right products for your skin )
My skin type
Normal skin: Less breakouts , your skin has no reaction , your skin is firm and you have less reaction to new products or water and environmental changes.
Oily skin
Your skin tends to glow on a per sec basis , you clean out and the oils never run dry (lol)
There is a shine on your forehead, cheeks, and chin, avoid products with mineral oil an oil-free moisturizer should be your bestie, clay mask to help extract excess oil (sebum)
Dry (dehydrated skin )
When your skin is dry
It means there is lack of oil in the skin
Dehydration is the result of your skin not retaining moisture
Dry skin is usually flaky or scally, avoid using harsh soaps, or products containing lots of fragrances..
Combination skin
Your skin has dual personalities, (lol)dry in some places and oily in some places
Acne-prone skin
Regular breakouts , clogged pores white heads and blackheads , excess sebum
Sensitive skin
Redness of the skin after applying products
-Avoid fraganced products
-stinging or burning sensation while using products
