Hello Ladies! There is a new contest going on right now, and I wanted to share with you what I always do to unwind. I wanted to start by thanking for organizing another contest. I also want to thank sister
for inviting me to join the fun. Without further ado, let's begin today's blog with a short mantra that I always tell myself:
"TREATING YOURSELF IS SELF-CARE"
Giving oneself a treat after a particularly exhausting day of juggling several tasks is not, in my opinion, being self-centered. If you were to ask other girls how they would want to reward themselves, some may answer they would like to go out with friends, travel, or even go shopping. These are all forms of self-love, ladies. You deserve a break if you feel worn out after working excessively long hours as a student, employee, or parent.
When you have had all you can take and need to relax, how do you treat yourself? Give a description of what that looks like for you, and when was the last time that you treated yourself?
TREATING MYSELF WITH MY MOST FAVE FOOD
Every time I get need for food after a long day at work, shawarma is my go-to comfort meal. I adored eating this alone every time I would for outside because my loving child doesn't like this sort of cuisine. Since Shawarma Shack is one of the top establishments offering it, I always travel to that location, which is 10 minutes from our home, to satisfy my need.
TO HAVE SOME TIME WORKING OUT
Given that I am a mother, employed, a student, and simultaneously caring for your child, it might be difficult to find time to exercise. Fortunately, though, my child is now developing independently, and I may now have some decent time to work out in my spare time. By the way, I used to work out on any day of the week except Saturday and Sunday since I am outside, hustling at some errands as well. And for today, I am so happy to announce that I get to lose 300 kcals after a 2-hour fat-burning workout.
SKIN CARE IS SELF LOVE
I make sure that my face and body receive the same love in addition to eating and exercising. Skincare is self-love, as I just mentioned. Years ago, I despised and hated my physical appearance. But since I started to take better care of my skin, I now feel attractive and confident despite having a few distinctive imperfections. In terms of usage, I always have my morning and night skincare routine.
And that's how I make time to reward myself ladies. Thank you so much for reading my blog and I also hope to hear some thoughts from you guys. And for more active interaction, I would like to call on ,
,
and
to make their entry as well. Anyways, if I didn't mention you and still want to join, you can check this LINK from the contest rules.
