Every day, many people are becoming more and more obsessed with money and fame. There is a question many have thought about —
Would you trade 10 years of life for wealth and fame?

In my mind, wealth and fame seem like the peak of the mountain. Who wants to see the beauty of the peak, they will try their best to reach it and enjoy the fabulous view from that high. For others, they might want to enjoy the beauty of nature and the midland. That belongs to the own desire of each people. Someone chases after the wealth, someone chases after the happiness. We are born for a reason and has our own dream. The thinking of everyone is the difference and we might not know the whole story of them. In my opinion, chasing is the wealth is not bad, because it is a result of a long working process and never stops trying and giving value to the economy. Therefore, I think they deserve the wealth by their effort. Wealth and fame always seem to be the best couple in this situation, both bring satisfaction in physical and spiritual needs. I heard a rich girl says: "Wealth is not totally happy but it can help you or your relatives when we are in difficulty if they are sick or need a big treatment, money can assist very well in those situations". I think it's true although it can not be everything in a person's life, it might help a lot in our life. However, do we need to trade 10 years of life for wealth and fame?.

If I ask myself a question "Do I need to become rich by trading my time?... hmmm I think I will say No. If I put Wealth + fame and 10 years of life into a scale, I still think 10 years is more important. No one can predict the future but I never underestimate the value of time. Time can help you make the wealth, the wealth can not help you buy the time. Moreover, I think what I am looking for, I think I'm the type of person who just looks for "ENOUGH". That's enough for me and my family can live well, also can handle any contingency. Instead of shortening the time of my life for what I do not really need, I suppose to spend it with my family, friends to enjoy the good moments together. Like I said at first, who want to see the peak of the mountain, will try their best to reach it and enjoy the fabulous view from the top. But the top is also very cold as wealth goes with loneliness, busy at work, plans, projects,...., many things around the wall of wealth can get you out of your family. We might be absent in some special moments of our loved ones, family or even with kids. In my opinion, wealth is not bad but it belongs to your choice. And what are you looking for in this life, the choice will make you happy in the end.
