[ESP-ING] Work from the office or from home

Work gives us a sense of dignity no matter where we are. I really like this week’s initiative, since I’ve worked hard my whole life, and there’s nothing better than speaking from the experience we all share. So here I am, sharing my thoughts and presenting the answers to this week’s two questions.

1️⃣ Do you prefer working from home or going to the office? Why?

Based on this question about what we prefer,working from home or in an office, I can say that both have their advantages. I like working in an office because I can interact with others, and the ideal situation is to keep work strictly at the office without bringing any work home, because that way we can give our family our full attention without bringing work home.

Working from home also has its advantages; we’re closer to our family and have time for everyone, since we can adjust our schedules to suit our needs. However, this also has its disadvantages: work is in the house, and everything family, home, and work—gets mixed up.

After thinking it over carefully and having experienced both extremes—home and office I’ve decided I prefer working in an office. There, clients can feel more at ease, and we can keep our work and home spaces separate.

2️⃣ Do you think working from home will improve work-life balance? How?

As for this question, I think it’s actually the opposite there’s no emotional balance between personal and professional life. Many people do manage to separate their personal lives from their work when working from home; however, in my case, I don’t think that’s true, since I’ve often found that when I’m working from home, something always gets in the way while I’m trying to focus on a task especially when the kids are around and there’s something that needs to be done, it’s difficult

I like working from home because you can really rest a little more, and work flows smoothly when we’re alone. However, when I’m with my family, I feel that the balance between work and personal life is disrupted, so in my opinion, it’s better to have an office to work in.

But I often think back to when my kids were little, I preferred working from home because I could take care of them, take them to their extracurricular activities, and still get my work done. So if you have young children, I recommend working from home.

Los trabajos nos dignificar estemos donde estemos, esta semana me gusta mucho la iniciativa, ya que he trabajado mucho en esta vida y nada mejor que hablar desde la experiencia que todos podemos tener, así que aquí les cuento y les presento las respuestas a las dos preguntas de la semana.

1️⃣ ¿Prefieres trabajar desde casa o ir a la oficina? ¿Por qué?

Según esta pregunta para identificar que es lo que más nos gusta, si es de trabajar desde casa u oficina, puedo ecir que ambos tienen sus ventajas, al trabajar en una oficina, me gusta ya que puedo interactuar con otras personas y tener solo trabajo en oficina sin llevar nada de trabajo a casa es lo ideal, porque así le damos a nuestra familia nuestra atendidos sin llevar trabajo a casa.

Trabajar desde casa también tiene sus ventajas, estamos más cerca de la familia y tenemos tiempo para todos nosotros, ya que se pueden acomodar los horarios a nuestro gusto, pero este también tiene sus desventajas que el trabajo está en la casa y se mezcla todo familia, casa y trabajo.

Después de pensar mucho y haber estado en los dos extremos casa u oficina, decido que prefiero trabajar en una oficina, en ella los clientes pueden ir con mayor confianza y así podemos separ los espacios de trabajo y casa

2️⃣¿Crees que trabajar desde casa mejorará el equilibrio entre vida personal y laboral? ¿Cómo?

En cuanto a esta pregunta, pienso que es todo lo contrario, no hay un equilibrio emocional entre la vida personal y laboral, muchas personas sí logran separar la vida personal con la labores trabajando desde casa; sin embargo en mi caso pienso que no es así, ya que muchas veces he experimentado de trabajar desde mi casa pero mientras estoy haciendo algo trabajando en algo siempre hay algo que se interpone que si los chicos que sí hay que hacer algo es difícil

Me gusta trabajar desde casa porque uno realmente puede descansar un poco más y el trabajo fluye con tranquilidad cuando estamos solos, sin embargo cuando estoy con la familia, siento que se rompe ese equilibrio laboral con el personal, por lo que A mi parecer es mejor tener una oficina para laborar

Pero recordando muchas veces cuando mis hijos estaban pequeños, yo prefería trabajar desde casa porque podía cuidar de ellos, llevarlos a sus actividades extracurriculares y a la vez podía trabajar, así que si tienes niños pequeños recomiendo es trabajar desde casa.
