¿Cuál es un libro, vídeo de YouTube, película o lección de vida sobre el autodesarrollo que realmente le ha impactado?
Hay 4 libros que han sido importantes en mi vida.
Ya no leo tanto como antes porque se me cansa la vista por el trabajo, así que puedo durar meses con un solo libro.
Ya conozco el tipo de lecturas que son de mi agrado, por lo que busco aquellas que sepa que voy a terminar.

What is a book, YouTube video, movie, or life lesson about self-development that has really impacted you?There are 4 books that have been important in my life.
I don't read as much as I used to because my eyes get tired from work, so I can last months with a single book.
I already know the type of reads that I like, so I look for those that I know I will finish.
El primero es la Biblia
Leo a diario, aunque sea un versículo usando la app. Y en todo este tiempo, aunque no la he terminado, he aprendido mucho de la vida; también he encontrado ese algo que durante tanto tiempo había buscado.
La Biblia es un libro que recomiendas dándole un versículo a una persona, regalándosela en físico o leyendo cada día en voz alta un poco.
Cuando menos te lo esperas, la abres y descubres dentro de ella un sinfín de enseñanzas.

The first is the BibleI read daily, even just one verse using the app. And in all this time, although I have not finished it, I have learned a lot about life; I have also found that something that I had been looking for for so long.
The Bible is a book that you recommend by giving a verse to a person, giving it as a physical gift, or reading a little aloud every day.
When you least expect it, you open it and discover endless teachings within it.
El segundo de ellos es El Alquimista de Paulo Coelho
Hace ya algunos años leí este maravilloso libro. No había electricidad en casa, por lo que me dediqué a leer todo el día, terminándolo en horas de la tarde.
Tampoco tenía algo mejor que hacer debido a que mi trabajo es a través de internet. Si no hay electricidad, no hay internet, así que no puedo trabajar.
En ese momento de mi vida sucedían muchas cosas, por lo que puedo decir que lo leí en el momento justo.
Este tiene dos aprendizajes: la búsqueda de un propósito de la vida y la perseverancia en ello.
Puede que quizás no estemos seguros de qué hacer o de a dónde ir; sin embargo, al leer este libro podrás entender por medio de una novela fantástica muchas cosas de las que antes no te dabas cuenta.
Por ello lo recomiendo.

The second of them is The Alchemist by Paulo CoelhoA few years ago I read this wonderful book. There was no electricity at home, so I dedicated myself to reading all day, finishing it in the afternoon.
I also didn't have anything better to do because my work is online. If there is no electricity, there is no internet, so I can't work.
At that time in my life a lot was happening, so I can say that I read it at the right time.
This has two lessons: the search for a purpose in life and perseverance in it.
We may not be sure what to do or where to go; However, by reading this book you will be able to understand many things through a fantastic novel that you did not realize before.
That's why I recommend it.
El tercer libro: El hombre más rico de Babilonia de George Samuel Clason
Me llevó algo de tiempo porque empecé a leerlo en ese momento de la vida donde ni siquiera puedes tomar un instante para respirar.
Sin embargo, cada día leía aunque sea una página.
Con este libro sucedió algo muy diferente: por primera vez tomé un montón de notas.
Realmente es útil para organizar tus finanzas personales, incluso para generar riquezas.
Lo mejor es que cualquier persona puede entender su contenido debido a que es narrado igualmente que con El Alquimista como una historia, lo que amplía su público.
¿Por qué lo recomiendo? Había empezado a invertir, así que necesitaba comprender algunos aspectos importantes que me faltaban y no fue hasta que lo leí que me di cuenta de ellos.
Así que puedo decir que es un verdadero abrir de ojos.

The Third Book: The Richest Man in Babylon by George Samuel ClasonIt took me a while because I started reading it at that point in life where you can't even take a moment to breathe.
However, every day I read even one page.
With this book something very different happened: for the first time I took a lot of notes.
It is really useful to organize your personal finances, even to generate wealth.
The best thing is that anyone can understand its content because it is narrated in the same way as The Alchemist as a story, which expands its audience.
Why do I recommend it? I had started investing so I needed to understand some important aspects that I was missing and it wasn't until I read it that I realized them.
So I can say that it is a real eye-opener.
Y el cuarto libro: El estilo Starbucks de novela de John Simmons
Quizás este sea el libro menos conocido ampliamente; no suelo verlo en un top de libros que hay que leer.
Pero creo que más personas deberían leerlo, y también recomendarlo, debido a que te da puntos de vista bastante interesantes.
- Si eres empleado, podrás tener en cuenta la forma en la que debes ser tratado.
En países como Venezuela, por la crisis, la falta de aplicación de la ley y la corrupción, lastimosamente los ciudadanos se acostumbran a las malas condiciones de trabajo.
Así que mientras leía cada página pensaba en mi país, incluso en mí como empleada.
El contraste puede ser barbaro.
- Si eres empresario o planeas serlo, te enseña un poco de todo.
No abarca ampliamente cada aspecto de la vida empresarial; sin embargo, puedes ver puntos bastante importantes y que marcan la diferencia.
Puedo decir que es un libro para todos, y bastante valioso en estos tiempos.

And the fourth book: The Starbucks style novel by John SimmonsPerhaps this is the least widely known book; I don't usually see it in a top of books that must be read.
But I think more people should read it, and also recommend it, because it gives you quite interesting points of view.
- If you are an employee, you can take into account the way in which you should be treated.
In countries like Venezuela, due to the crisis, lack of law enforcement and corruption, citizens unfortunately become accustomed to poor working conditions.
So as I read each page I thought about my country, even about myself as an employee.
The contrast can be barbaric.
- If you are an entrepreneur or plan to be one, it teaches you a little of everything.
It does not broadly cover every aspect of business life; However, you can see quite important points that make a difference.
I can say that it is a book for everyone, and quite valuable in these times.
