This all sounds good in theory, but how do you put it into practice? You first have to get them to your site or business in the first place. Then, you have to have the capacity to engage. There are several other things that must take place, but essentially what I read from you is that you need to make your customers happy through communication. That's simplistic and a very small part of the equation. Do you address the other parts in a separate post?
