Plans are made... and then they are changed

My, oh, Monday

Everything started as planned. Getting up, gatting ready to get my daughter to school and then back and start working.
I was just about to take my medicine but then remembered that I had to remember something. That is almost cause for memorable Monday.
Checked the calendar and found that I am planned to have a blood sample taken tomorrow. This means I should not be doing the medication again until after this appointment (doctors orders).

Went about with my day, and then. Monumental change.
7 customers, within 3 minutes, asking basically the same question. All are new customers, so something must be wrong in the earlier stages, before they get in touch with me.

Madness on a Monday

Doing some digging, I found that there are several incomplete steps in the early stages.
Those are out of my control, but I am now taking care of it and making it my area. Owning it.
Customers liked that idea and feel there are someone at the wheel who knows what he's doing.

We'll see 😂 I expect it will be a positive reaction from all sides. I tend to be very thorough.
