It was one of those early adopters decided they don't want to waste their previously claimed account creation tickets. With the convenient of RC delegation, that early adopter flooding the entire Chinese community (and also started extending towards other none native speaking communities) with AI generated comments.

Since the CN communities mention do give a chance this early adopters considering the amount of "contribution" he rendered to the community with the delegation from the previous stake holder. Few of us bigger stake holder will have to manually flag them down by leaving comments to drain their RC(because of auto reply) and remove any reward from uninformed bloggers that voted for these AI bots.

Also, I couldn't find the measurement of my downvote balance in #ecency 🤣 I'm sure we don't need that. Here's one of the screenshot of that crazy moment when I have over spent the downvote and it ate into my upvote power.
