I'm LOVING all this energy for fun, and enveloping all the newbies into this group hug of support and energy! hehehe

REMEMBER: most of all - this is about giving THEM a really great launch into Hive and DreemPort and showing them the ropes! Think back to what it was like when we first joined Hive. Overwhelming, right? Don't give them EVERYTHING all at once. hehe Just coach nice and easy as they need it, and have questions :)

Here are some questions that have popped up for coaches - and... here are your answers!

• CAN WE ADD ON ANOTHER MEMBER... LATE?
  Yep, you can! Just when it comes time for me to distribute DIGS later - be sure that you are reporting those accordingly. If someone is there from the start- they should be getting more DIGS than someone who joins in the last week!

• CAN WE COACHES WRITE FOR THE TEAM TASKS TOO?
  yes PLEASE!! Join in as you like!!! This is all for fun and engagement and content creation - JOIN IN!! :)
  
  

• WHAT ABOUT NOMINATIONS FOR COMMENT OF THE DAY? SHOULD COACHES DO THAT?
  Of course!! But if you are DREEM TEEM STAFF - realize that you won't be getting tokens for that. But your nominee might win! and they will get tokens!! So - reward them for their hard work! :)
  
  

• DO WE KEEP TRACK OF POINTS?
  Yep, have your members track everything they do that day, and report back to you! I'll collect the points for each team on Saturday!
  
  

• HOW DO WE TRACK POINTS?

  -- POST/COMMENT SHARED THROUGH @ECENCY WAVES, TWITTER OR LEO THREADS THAT MENTIONS DREEMPORT'S NEWBIE MARATHON (1 POINT EACH, UP TO 15 POINTS PER WEEK, PER USER)
  -- DREEMPORT CHALLENGE POST (1 PER WEEK, PER USER)
  -- CURATED DAILY ON DREEMPORT (2 POINTS PER DAY, PER USER)
  -- MEET AND ENCOURAGE ONE PERSON FROM @JAMERUSSELL HHYM POST - LEAVE A COMMENT on THEIR post, not his.. hehe (1 POINT, PER HHYM POST, PER USER)
  -- NOMINATED A COMMENT OF THE DAY (1 PER WEEK, PER USER)
