Ecencials, we are excited to share the news about our upcoming release that will enhance your experience on Ecency. The update includes the introduction of the Polls feature, allowing you to create engaging posts by gathering insights from the community on topics that interest you. Polls are powered by Peak Open project, thanks to awesome devs over there. Polls are a great tool for generating interest, initiating discussions, and building stronger connections with your followers.
While creating a post, you can see polls located near the link-sharing tool. To set up a poll, you must enter the questions, end date, and choices. The following steps are straightforward and can be completed without any trouble. Let's create polls, that enhance your engagement, generate interest, stimulate conversations, and build loyalty with your followers.
Enhancements to the chat system now allow users to forward messages to other chats and pin contacts. Previously, names were not visible in community chats, but now usernames are displayed. Replying to individual messages both in DMs and Public channels. Additional features are being developed and will be included in future updates.
Other improvements include a more precise voting slider for selecting voting percentages and keyboard controls for the voting slider input.
