The people with the high stamina work more and go farthest in life. They don't give up or withdraw easily. Even if they are likely to fail or get defeated, they fight for a long time and give a tough time to their opponents!!
They are the ones who are in front line, and they don't escape from the harsh realities of life!!
They can look directly into the eyes of their opponents and can turn the tables at any moment during the game or a fight!!
We have heard and read a plethora of stuff about strength training and muscle building.
But don't you guys feel that we need to pay more attention to boosting our mental stamina, which truly deserves our attention.
When I was researching this topic, I realised that the physical and mental aspects of stamina are deeply interlinked.
As it is truely said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body!!
In the same way, a strong mind flourishes in a strong body!!
Stamina gives you strength and power to control and mould the circumstances and your surrounding environments through doing consistent work and putting continuous effort!!
In short, trying to build your stamina is the best way of becoming a stronger and better person in life.
