Resilience is a wonderful concept. So, truly, it can do wonders in helping us go through the hardships of life.
Bouncing back and adapting to the ups and downs of our lives is the true definition of this quality.
Take an example of a ball. We throw it on the floor, and it bounces up as rapidly and forcefully as it was thrown at the first place!!
In the same way, when we are suppressed, mistreated, or abused, we must bounce up as soon as possible!!
Take your time to heal, but rising above the harshness of life is what it takes to deal with harsh realities of life.
The quality of resilience comprises two parts. The first one is bouncing back, which has already been discussed above. The second quality of resilience is adapting to the changing world!!
As we all know and is well said that change is the only constant thing in life!! So, being able to adapt to the changes in life is one of the best coping mechanisms one can easily adopt.
A flexible mind is what it takes to handle the wear and tear of our daily lives.
A spirit that is well adjusted to the constantly changing demands of life is all that is needed to achieve success.
Last but not least, in my eyes, resilience is the key that is when life gives you punches, you must learn to roll with them and keep fighting!!
