Stress has taken a toll on everyone’s health now. When I am having a bad day, dealing with a lot of pressure or overwhelmed with intense feelings, I want to feel the sea. So I stay in our coastal farm and enjoy waking up by the sound of the waves. In the morning, I stroll along the beach and perform “grounding”. I lay the bottom of my feet on the ground and allow myself to naturally reconnect with the earth and allow the earth to reset my biological rhythms.
