Good day all, I am here to give testimonies concerning, my gain, benefits related to regular exercises and taking of fruits.
Regular exercises since many years ago has been helping me allot, but this year I gave myself target of atleast exercising 4 times per week, though it hasn't been easy to keep the target but I keep pushing on instead of giving up, so I observed so much that there are more improvements since this year started and I added some other routine to my regular exercise.
Doing exercises steady makes me feel free, move confidently, wake up early, being smart to observe relating to being sharp mentally, regular exercise has also made me looks attractive to myself to the extent I don't know people have been observing my body too like my parents, and co workers who saw me last week and asked if I am gyming seriously, I told them no , it's just my normal push ups and bicycle riding,
I observed exercises has also helped me in to fight some diseases like weakness, fatigue, reducing too much fats and oil.
On the other hand, I have been joining fruits to my exercise routine, I usually takes fruits like bananas, cucumber, or pawpaw, etc...before or after exercise, which helps to give me nutrients during circulation of blood when doing exercise.
These fruits has helped my health status together with the exercise, I really observed a deep changes.
So therefore I see these as a big form of "Discipline" and i promise myself that i will keep it up because i also derives joy from exercises.
