Good day all, as you come accross this post, its about majority of activities being done at school road aba abia state precisely, in the year 2008/2010 back then i was still tender i usually follow our landlord son to the market to sell his father's pots, but its now anymore he is late now. My first time at school road then was like movie, i saw different things like people selling toys, selling clothes, selling bicycles, selling bottles . So after 2010 i stopped going to School Road. When next i visited school road was 2020, when I follow my aunty to buy yam, and frozen chicken.
School road is a mini market, where different activities take place, buying and selling at high place, people really hustle allot at this market, both men and women, i saw different ladies who are selling food (mama put) , some were selling buns and meatpies, while some sell different types of drinks.
School road is widely known as a place where bicycles are sold, bicycle tools are sold, places for repairing electric bike and manual bicycles, school road is always busy from tuesday to Saturday, they don't usually open on Monday, only few shops open do to sit at home activities, concerning the south Eastern freedom seeking.
School road is a place where one has to be wise enough, do to some people here grew up in the street,in which they seem to intimidate other people,
school road is a market both people from neighbouring states and cities visit to buy parts , bottles , clothes material and shoes.
Yesterday i visited school road, i saw new things like, new building, new shops, hotels, built newly in the zone, i saw electricians fixing lights, i was like , even the dirty roads are now neat and well built unlike before, i spent time very well yesterday at school, i bought meatpie, bought cassava salad, groundnut , pure water etc...
The school people usually closes around 6:30 pm everyday...while some even open their shops on Sundays .. am happy once again visiting my childhood market zone. After many years.
