My mom will always say that no matter what happens in life, do good and be generous to people. My mom, the woman that brought me to this life, my motivator, my queen, and the best mother in the world is the most generous person I know. She can give her last penny to the needy. She would always tell my siblings and me that when we give, we should never expect in return because our rewards are in heaven.
Growing up, I’ve always tried to imitate my mum’s lifestyle. I was so happy when announced that this week would be about giving to others. I love to show love to others. I love the smile it brings on my face when I see people happy. The world is broken and filled with evil already, you and I can fix it by showing love to one another.
What an amazing week this has been! Thanks to my teammates
. They really made sure we all did everything well. I must say, I’m so happy to be part of my amazing team. They’re really cool to work with.
Day 1: boost your team

Before we started the journey to boosting city😂😂, my teammates and I introduced ourselves and I got to know a lot of things about them. Nancy is from Delta State, she is currently studying Microbiology, so she knows a lot about Microorganisms. Dwixer is from Niger state, he studied health and information management and served in Ekiti state. Joseph23 is from Anambra state, he studied industrial chemistry. After the introduction, we decided on how to go about the boosting. I and @Otuyanancy. and
23.
At first, when I boosted Nancy's post, my points were returned (probably because the post was 3 days old). After a few minutes, she sent another post that talked about her worst accident. I read it, enjoyed it, and clicked on the boost button. Dwixer and Joseph also boosted each other’s posts.
Day 2: Boost a newbie

Thanks to who reminded us and explained how to go about it. I searched for the introduceyourself tag, and I saw a lot of people who had just joined the blockchain. Luckily for
, I saw her post. She is an interesting person. She is a Nigerian who was born and brought up in Taraba state, Nigeria.
and I have something in common; we are the last born of the family. Hehehe.
Day 3: boost a community

I must say, day 3 was the hardest day of the week for the challenge. Choosing which community to boost was a little bit difficult. Nancy and I suggested we boost the hive learners’ community, while dwixer suggested hive Naija. We finally agreed to go with the hive learners’ community. I read a lot of posts in the hive learners’ community and I noticed something special about .
In this post, he talked about the things that motivate him to be successful. For , he gets motivated when people underestimate him. When people doubt his skills, he feels more challenged to fight and reach his goals.
Day 4: boost a buddy
When reminded us about this, the first person that came to my mind was
. She is a very cool and nice person. I remember the first time I saw her comment on one of my posts. I wrote an article about my insecurities and she was the only person who encouraged me not to worry about what people say.
I was about to boost her post when the app declined because someone else had already boosted it. Guess who? , my teammate. Hahaha. So, I decided to keep my points intact and use them on her next post.
Thanks be to God. Today is the last day of the week 2 challenge. I’m so glad my teammates and I participated. Thanks to my teammates and everyone in the ecency-dreemport family.
Aha, I almost forgot, promised us (his teammates) 1 bottle of wine each whenever we meet. Hehehe.
