Today I want to share a picture of beautiful trumpet creeper and also now as trumpet vine. It is also known as american trumpet vine. It is also known as cow itch vine and hummingbird vine. Family name is Bignoniaceae - Bignonia, Catalpa. Botanical name is campsis radicans. These flowers belong to kingdom plantae. It belongs to class Magnoliopsida - Dicotyledons, Dicots, Eudicots.Usually blooms in spring and summer .
The height of the plant is 6m to 12m.The size of the flower is 2.5cm-8cm. Its hardness zone is 4-9. Planting time is spring and late autumn. It can spread about 1.2m to 3m.
It needs sandy ,loam,neutral ,slightly alkaline soil. It is a symbol of patience, a fresh start.Native to North america.
