What’s that noise?
She looked looked slowly around. The room was coming into focus, but where was she? Breathing in slowly she tried to focus her thoughts, except there seemed to be few thoughts present.
A light flicked on acoss the room drawing her attention to a printed page mounted on the wall. She moved toward it. Standing before it, the letters seemed like odd lines. Slowly, an awareness of the letters entered her thoughts and she realized they formed words.

Susan:
You have been gifted with a blank mind. Your worldly knowledge will return, like your ability to read these words. The process may seem slow but we have to avoid overloading your senses.
What wont return is your memories and ideas about yourself. You get to start over building your belief system and personality.
Our gift to you is when you decide what you want your home to look like and how you want to make your income both will come into being.
Where does a person begin rebuilding their memories and ideas? Let us provide some ideas to start with:
- Love yourself. If you can’t love yourself, why would others love you?
- Never let anyone influence your love for yourself.
- Share the love you have by loving others with acceptance of who they are.
- If someone betrays your love, don’t burn energy with hate, remove them from your life and thoughts.
- Be curious about the world around you. Be open to the unseen energies surrounding and embracing you with their love.
- Invite them to be part of your space.
- Share quiet time with them every day. Some call this meditating.
- Explore the physical world, form your own ideas of what you like and don’t like. Don’t let others decide what you like for you.
- Never lose your desire to learn and explore new ideas. Books are a wonderful storehouse of ideas new and old.
- When choosing your living space, resist the temptation to choose a huge home. Give thought to what will give you joy and peace along with your physical needs and comfort. Location matters.
- Give the same care to choosing how you will earn your income and how much it will be. You want to be comfortable.
This is not an exhaustive list. They are suggestions to get you started.
Why did we grant this gift to restart your mind? Let’s say it was a wish you had for many years. You worked hard to heal some deep wounds. They were slow to heal and you were so frustrated, we decided to give this gift to you.
Who are ‘we’? We’re your energy team of course. We’ve got you on this journey. Focus on the journey and know you’re not alone.

Susan stared at the post on the wall, hardly believing what she was looking at. She reached out to touch the paper and discovered the words were part of the wall.
Closing her eyes, she breathed deeply, slowly. Her mind flickered, awareness of her knowledge started to appear in her thoughts. In the center was a blank area. She nodded, knowing. This was the canvas she would paint her being on.
She smiled and whispered, “Okay team, let’s get to work.”
