Namaste to all #Hive users and members of the #Ecency family.š
About 9 months ago I started my journey on Hive with Ecency. The beginning was the same as in any other work. Your work is not appreciated that much, and you get disappointed again and again when you look outside your window, it seems that the whole world is happy except you, and sometimes you feel like leaving all this, and so on.
Here this reminds me of a conversation I heard in some movie whose name I can't remember right now.
: Did you ever want to quit?
: Absolutely!
: But, that simple choice of not walking away is a powerful thing. I mean, people feel it, the honesty of it.
This small conversation had a big impact on me. Sometimes you already know a lot but something someone says hits you on a different level. And then the inspiration I got after seeing the success of the brothers guiding me here, gave me the courage to continue doing my work here. There were many good and bad days but what mattered most was to stay here, write well and support what is written well which I always tried to do impartially.
All projects on this blockchain are better than each other but the Ecency has always attracted me with its best features. Like Ecency Points, boost, and Promotion Which give equal opportunity to everyone to grow. Like I got!
And today finally for the first time I have been selected as a guest curator of Ecency. Woohoo!šš
Actually, I got selected yesterday but because I had a high fever yesterday, I am taking charge from today. I can't express in words how happy and honoured I am feeling right now. However, holding this position is a matter of great responsibility and I will do my best to honour it. All my superiors are very supportive and kind, I hope I will not disappoint anyone.
