If the average temperature in your area is +40 degrees, then the best way to survive in this weather is to keep hydrated. I may not be able to tell you exactly how much fluid I've been drinking in a day lately, but I'm drinking a lot)) That's why this week's topic by Ecency Discord Topic: AMAZING SUMMER DRINK was quite an easy topic for me to write about. Compote is the most popular drink that we drink in this heat, and it is also preserved for drinking in the winter.
As I have mentioned many times before, we have so many fruits that we can't eat them all, so it is normal for us to make wonderful compotes, juices, and jams for winter without wasting them. Making a compote is the easiest thing for me. Put as much water as you want on the gas and let it boil. I usually put more than 10 liters of water. After putting water on the gas, I take the bucket and go to pick fruits. And I started picking from the very first plum. After that, I picked apricot, cherry, and apple.
Then wash them well. You can add mint to it if you like.
The water boils until everything is picked and washed. After that, you put the fruits in boiling water and wait until it boils once.
Add more or less sugar depending on how much you like it. After adding sugar, once it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Usually, when it cools down I put it in a bunch of containers in the freezer. We will drink this compote for 2 days. Do you prepare compote on your side of the world? )))
