Aloha people,
Let me introduce you to my big, happy pet family ❤
Like I said my mum is a big supporter for stray dogs, which in my country is a problem 😔
Unfortunately the mind set of most of my fellow countryman is very conservative and still, dyde in the wool . That's by understandable reasons of course by it's a fact anyway. So pets are usually chained in the back yard and whatever is left from food they are feed with. And it's considered like normal. I'm not mentioning stuff like vaccinations, castration and health care, 'cuz most of the time things like this didn't exist. Don't get me wrong not all of the people are like this (and thanks the almighty) but the majority and specially in the small towns and village is crazy bad.
You know they say: "You can judge a man's true character by the way he treats his fellow animals."
My mum have a big heart and our house is full of love:
we've got Fredo
He is the oldest in the gang (and the only dog that's not rescued), he is the most playful dog ever, he is 14 but still act like a puppy, he is English pointer, a hunting breed and my brother bought him many years ago.
We've got Charlie
My mum seved him couple years ago, he was stray and in very bad health condition when she found him on the stree and she couldn't just leave him. So she took him home. Healed him and keep him. He is the most kind and sweet dog ever!
We've got Dara
Again similar story my mum saved her. She was living in a very poor conditions with a deaf and very ill old man. She got pregnant and had 6 adorable babies (living in the very same poor conditions). One night the ill man got attacked in the house (robbery), he got beaten so bad and taken away in hospital. When understood my mum took all the babies and the mama. She found home for all of them, except the mama. That is Dara. Dara got stressed by the robbers so bad till today she refuses to get out, only in our yard, so she is a bit fluffy and very nosey 😄❤
And that's our youngest member(recently adopted) cat 🐈 I named him: Munchie 😀
, finding them loving homes and families. And I'm not over exaggerating! They are hundred. She did it and she did it without any help of our Government ( it's there job by the way), all with her funds (or like-minded people), her time and efforts, and her big heart ❤
Respect, mama!
When they see her coming...
