I was prescribed a medication by my psychiatrist, and the attack eventually abated. It's the worst feeling I've ever experienced before getting depressed. I realized there was a connection between my anxiety and sadness when I first met my doctor. I was depressed, and I had a panic attack. I had assumed that I was depressed since returning to my hometown two years ago with no work and, with the wrong guy. But I had stop taking my panic attack medication soon after he left because I was feeling better. It no longer attacks me now that I have regained control of it, as I have returned to reality. Spending time with my family and friends, and sporadic journey.
I had the urge to smell and sip some coffee one fine morning. After about a year without coffee, I can still remember how amazing my first cup was. I was performing at an extremely high level. I was also sleep-deprived, but I managed to think clearly. Furthermore, I was concerned that I had relapsed because I had difficulty sleeping for the previous year due to my insomnia.
I used to only drink coffee when I felt like it. But as time passed, it became more frequent, especially when I was with my housemates. I tried to change the dosage so that I wouldn't become reliant on it. Not only that, but I was also concerned that I would have a panic attack while sleeping. When I don't drink coffee frequently, I can go a day without it, so I know I can stop drinking it again. So, since my panic attack has left me scarred, I believe it is best if I plan my coffee intake.
Occasionally I just drink it depending on how I'm feeling and if I need a pick-me-up to get me in a good mood. Is it worthwhile to abstain from coffee?
It does, in my opinion. However, while some people benefit from caffeine, others, including myself, suffer negative effects, and I fall somewhere in the middle. I've tried to wean myself off it for the better, but I've been drinking it for the past months, at most twice per week. My sleep pattern changes when I start drinking coffee, as I've noticed.
So, I'll use Twitter to get started with my reading and writing. I can focus on one task for a longer period of time, including reading longer sections, and I can generate more writing ideas. Caffeine has the ability to refocus my attention. My mind wanders and it's difficult for me to concentrate after 2 cups (0.47 litres) per day. When this happens, I usually turn to YouTube or Netflix.
If I don't drink coffee for a day or two, I can sleep deeper and wake up more easily. I'll be more rested.
According to Stephen Cherniske's “The Metabolic Plan,” coffee can stimulate the adrenal cortex to create more stress hormones. More people are more prone to experience stress if they drink more coffee than three cups (0.71 litres) per day. If you claim that coffee is the best antidepressant, then "NO WAY". It's a resounding "NO!" I'm going to quit again soon, since stress is generally not good for you and me.
The toxicity of coffee/caffeine can become very apparent when attempting to eliminate this stimulant from your diet. If this isn't enough to persuade you not to drink coffee, consider my list of ten reasons why. Here are some things you should know about what happens when you drink coffee:
1. Calcium loss causes osteoporosis and increases the number of bone fractures. Have you ever experienced back pain? Your sore knee?
2. It makes you more acidic. On the acidity scale, coffee has a pH of 25.1. All diseases thrive in an acidic environment. Make becoming more alkaline in your body a healthy goal.
3. No caffeine Coffee is more acidic than regular coffee. The majority of decaffeinated beverages contain formaldehyde, which is one of the most toxic to humans.
4. It dehydrates you and hastens your aging.
5. It gives you energy but then crashes you, as is typical of coffee.
6. Six cups of coffee per day increased your risk of pancreatic cancer by threefold. It is the cause of half of all pancreatic cancer cases, according to a Harvard School of Public Health study.
7. People who drink a lot of coffee have a hard time getting the chemicals out of their bodies. Their liver function has been compromised. It's just hard to swallow.
8. 64 ounces (approximately 2,419 gramme) = amount of water needed to neutralize one 8 ounce (302 gramme) cup
9. Caffeine is a well-known serotonin suppressant. As a result, if you suffer from depression or are feeling down, avoid it. Although some people believe it can provide them with the inspiration and energy they require, it eventually pulls them down.
I can only speak from my personal experience as a former coffee addict. It won't be easy to get wasted, but think about the greater picture. You are not so young that you can harm your body or your health in any way. Avoid making the same mistakes I did; I neglected to take care of my body and health from a young age, and now that I'm in my 40s, I regret not being more cautious. I guess life goes on.
In the end, health comes before wealth.
