Existe la neurodiversidad en todos; es decir, hay una manera de funcionar el cerebro distinta para cada persona.
Imagínate al hijo de un rey, de estos reyes modernos, que nace en un ambiente completamente diferentes al normal, rodeado de personas que le sirven, protocolos de comportamiento que seguir y, con una manera de percibir al mundo que no tiene nada que ver con la de un niño común y corriente.
Les tocó vivir eso.
Pues así es el autismo, se nace con una diversidad neurológica que hace que el mundo se perciba diferente y hay una forma diferente de interrelacionarse con los demás.
Pues, hoy es Día de Reyes para todos los niños; así, tanto como para los neurodiversos como para los hijos de verdaderos reyes, por lo que es una ocasión excelente para preguntamos:
¿Qué perspectivas tenemos para el futuro, en este año 2025, en autismo?
No existen dos niños iguales, ni siquiera en autismo
¡Es que hasta los niños autistas tienen formas de percibir al mundo y de interrelacionarse con otros, en forma diferente!
Por eso, no es posible que adaptemos a los niños a la forma de funcionar el mundo.
El mundo debe ser un lugar inclusivo, donde todos los seres humanos se vayan adaptando a las formas diversas de ser de la gente.
En otras palabras, convertir nuestra sociedad en una sociedad inclusiva.
Para comprender la diversidad, especialmente en el funcionamiento neurológico, me gustaría que vieras los videos, -los dos- de Manuel Antonio Fernández, neuropediatra, director del Instituto Andaluz de Neurología Pediátrica en Sevilla, donde expone los avances en el año 2025 que existen sobre Autismo.
Y los descubrimientos sobre cómo se perciben los colores y los detalles con un cerebro como este.
Por supuesto, esto está relacionado con la perspectiva que tenemos para el futuro en autismo, que es la generación de un mundo incluyente.
¿Qué avances queremos y podemos esperar?
Como médico, me encantaría esperar avances científicos que nos ayuden a entender el funcionamiento neurológico, por lo que, esperamos un desarrollo en la parte de tecnología diagnóstica neurológica, así como, en estudios genéticos.
Esto es, porque definitivamente los factores asociados a esta neuroatipia incluyen, tanto los factores ambientales como los congénitos.
Es necesario comprender las causas por las cuales un ser humano percibe al mundo en forma diferente, y entender, que las sensaciones que recibe del entorno y de los otros, se perciben de forma alterada a lo común.
También, nos ayudaría a la generación de nuevos tratamientos y a la prevención de ellos.
Igualmente, me encantaría ver que la Inteligencia Artificial pueda generar patrones de herramientas personalizadas para mejorar la comunicación de las personas con TEA.
Y, por supuesto, promover la inclusión, generando, gracias a las redes sociales, información a la población y empatía por educación, para todos los seres humanos.
El rol del médico y la red de apoyo
Para mi primera publicación en 
No solo ayudaría a comprender la diversidad mundial, sino, específicamente, la de estos seres humanos que viven una condición autista, y que necesitan desarrollar sus habilidades y su interacción social.
Informar que existen terapias alternativas como, la terapia asistida con animales o la musicoterapia, entre otras, que muchas personas no conocen.
Que no es un trastorno en específico, pues hay diagnósticos como el del Síndrome de Asperger, Síndrome de Heller y el Síndrome de Rett, que también pueden vivir síntomas en este espectro.
En este día recordemos que existen maravillosos seres humanos que nos han dejado ejemplos de vida, con producción intelectual y científica, que han padecido de este trastorno.
Que esta condición sea respetada; que entendamos que una persona del espectro autista marca la diferencia, y que, muy probablemente, tenga habilidades que contribuyan al desarrollo de su familia, comunidad y de toda la humanidad.
Of Children and Kings, Kings and Children -Conscious Assessment of Neurodiversity for this 2025-
There is neurodiversity in everyone; that is, there is a different way of functioning of the brain for each person.
Imagine the child of a king, of these modern kings, who is born in a completely different environment, surrounded by people who serve him, behavioral protocols to follow, and with a way of perceiving the world that has nothing to do with that of an ordinary child.
They had to live that.
Autism is like that, one is born with a neurological diversity that makes the world be perceived differently and there is a different way of interrelating with others.
Well, today is Three Kings Day for all children, both for the neurodiverse and for the children of true kings, so it is an excellent occasion to ask ourselves:
What are our prospects for the future, in this year 2025, in autism?
No two children are alike, not even in autism
Even autistic children have different ways of perceiving the world and interacting with others!
Therefore, it is not possible for us to adapt children to the way the world works.
The world must be an inclusive place, where all human beings adapt to people's diverse ways of being.
In other words, make our society an inclusive society.
To understand diversity, especially in neurological functioning, I would like you to watch the videos -both of them- by Manuel Antonio Fernandez, neuropediatrician, director of the Andalusian Institute of Pediatric Neurology in Seville, where he exposes the advances in the year 2025 that exist on Autism.
And discoveries about how colors and details are perceived with such a brain.
Of course, this is related to the perspective we have for the future in autism, which is the generation of an inclusive world.
What advances do we want and can we expect?
As a physician, I would love to expect scientific advances that help us understand neurological functioning, so we expect developments in neurological diagnostic technology, as well as in genetic studies.
This is because the factors associated with this neuroatypia definitely include both environmental and congenital factors.
It is necessary to understand the causes for which a human being perceives the world differently, and to understand that the sensations received from the environment and from others are perceived in a way that is altered from what is common.
It would also help us to generate new treatments and to prevent them.
Likewise, I would love to see that Artificial Intelligence can generate patterns of personalized tools to improve the communication of people with ASD.
And, of course, to promote inclusion, generating, thanks to social networks, information to the population and empathy for education, for all human beings.
The role of the physician and the support network

To inform that there are alternative therapies such as animal-assisted therapy or music therapy, among others, that many people do not know about.
That it is not a specific disorder, as there are diagnoses such as Asperger's Syndrome, Heller Syndrome and Rett Syndrome, which can also experience symptoms in this spectrum.
On this day let us remember that there are wonderful human beings who have left us examples of life, with intellectual and scientific production, who have suffered from this disorder.
May this condition be respected; may we understand that a person on the autism spectrum makes a difference, and that, most probably, he/she has abilities that contribute to the development of his/her family, community and all humanity.
