El empleado nocturno es una película que recién disfruté en Netflix, esta fue estrenada en febrero del 2020; tratándose de drama, suspenso y crimen; se centra en la vida de un recepcionista Bart quien es un chico de autista que trabaja por las noches en un hotel como recepcionista y quiere actuar como cualquier otra persona pero su inteligencia lo ha llevado a colocar cámaras en las habitaciones de dicho hotel, esto con la finalidad de aprender más sobre el comportamiento de las personas y así él poder tratar de copiarlas para no transmitir la impresión de una persona tonta, según sus propias palabras.

Volviendo a lo que es la historia de la película, el joven enamorado le confía el video que tiene en su poder del asesino del que ella está enamorada, Andrea toma la prueba a escondida y se la lleva entregándosela a su amante, pensando esta que con eso ya no lo pueden culpar; lo que ello no se espera es que la capacidad de inteligencia de Bart es mucho mayor de lo que suponía ya que este contaba con varios respaldo que entregó a la policía con una carta explicando todo lo acontecido. Finalmente Bart decide rodearse de personas en un centro comercial sin interactuar con ellas, una estrategia diferentes de observar el comportamiento humano aun cuando sigue sintiendo nervios al rodearse de la multitud él persiste en poder mostrarse como cualquier otro si ser rechazado.

Dicha película desde mi punto de vista en de apoyo a todas las familias que tienen un integrante con autismo, ya que su principal propósito es hacer ver a la persona autista como todos lo demás, capaces de poder desenvolverse en cualquier lugar y ante cualquier situación, queda solo de nuestra parte hacer que estas personas se sientan mejor estando en nuestro circulo bien sea familiar, social o laboral porque ellos son personal que al igual que nosotros sienten y padecen.
From my point of view, this film supports all the families that have a member with autism, since its main purpose is to make the autistic person look like everyone else, capable of being able to manage in any place and in any situation, it is only up to us to make these people feel better being in our family, social or work circle, because they are people who feel and suffer just like us.
