Ok, I'm here enjoying the first days of my well-deserved Orca status and I'm starting to see the first rewards of my stake. Today, from the point of view of an investor, I would like to share some of my numbers (and to help myself to realize the magnitude of all of this).
Ok, let's get into it.
First, a recap of all my assets on HIVE
Currently, I own (in order of relevance):

Now let's talk at the sources of income (apart from posting, talking about 'passive' there).
Curation Rewards
In HIVE;
Shy of ~15-20HP daily. Pretty amazing
Reducing weekly as I drain out the HIVE from there. ~4HP daily from there.
In LEO
~960 LEO according to the last 30 days. This isn't fully weighted as I purchased t least 5K LEO in the last 30 days.
Dcity Rewards
~3200 SIM (at 34% taxes) + 1,9 HIVE daily for being at the top100 of the ranking.

I don't know how much I invested, but for god's sake I know that's at least ~3000 HIVE. I'm also taking into consideration a 0,004 SIM/HIVE price for more accurate numbers.
Yes, I know, it's a 12,55% MONTHLY ROI. Much Impress.
Delegation Rewards.
Currently, I have a few delegations running:
All of them giving me an average return of ~10% in HIVE (except 
It's nice to see transfers coming on a daily basis. Even more, knowing that HP is being used to empower authors that otherwise would be forgotten (well, not really, but you get my point).
Base Layer HIVE Power Inflation
Taking into consideration ~70.000 HIVE Power and a ~3% yearly inflation that equals to ~2.100 HIVE more compounded daily.
Again much impress.

Curation Rewards (Hive)
17,5 + 4 = ~21,5 HIVE Power daily.
Which equals to ~645 monthly and ~7.740 HIVE yearly.
Curation Rewards (LEO)
~960 LEO monthly / ~11.520 LEO
11520 LEO * 0,1 HIVE/LEO = ~1152 HIVE
Hive Inflation
~2100 HIVE/year (based on ~3% inflation rewards).
Delegations
0,5+0,69+0,72+1,355)*30 = 97,95 * 12 = ~1175 HIVE (yearly)
Dcity Rewards
3292 SIM * 0,004 = 13,16 HIVE (daily)
*30 = 395,04 *12 = ~4.740,49 HIVE (yearly)
TOTALS
7740 (curationhive) + 1152 (curationleo) + 2100 (inflation)+ 1175 (delegations) + 4740 (dcityrewards) =
~16,907 HIVE
Assuming that all my assets are worth something around ~85K HIVE,
16,9K HIVE represents a ~19,89% yearly ROI.
At 0,2$ HIVE = ~3381$ (in terms of fiat a.k.a vomitive money).
Which also translates to ~280$ on a monthly basis (assuming everything remains at the same values, which is also impossible).
I'm also not counting any income from posts.
