Referring to what you wrote about neutralizing the decline of physical health, I’d like to share my own experience. My physiotherapist once told me that I wouldn’t be able to reverse certain irreversible changes in my musculoskeletal system, but through regular and properly tailored physical activity I could ensure they wouldn’t affect my daily functioning. And that’s exactly what has been happening, so it truly is worth staying physically active.
Some people do it to become stronger, while others simply need it in order to live comfortably. I wish you perseverance and success in striving for the best possible physical condition.
