I read a comment recently by NVIDIA CEO, who said that the AI boom will create enormous demand for electricians, plumbers, and construction workers because building AI infrastructure will require “the largest infrastructure buildout in human history.” It seems that many skilled trades now offer better pay than a good number of white-collar jobs.
