I actually started out over on Steemit, and then there was the Steem wars and Justin Suhn taking control of it all.
I've earned LBC(LBRY token) on LBRY(more popularly known by Odysee). I still do Minds tokens which I THOUGHT were pegged with ETH, but now I'm not so sure.
And then I have some of whatever these are.
I've never fully understood the system here, and it's more complicated than the other two. I knew some people were making money, but I've never converted anything here into currency that I could actually use.
I was always more or less looking for a way to expand reach for the video content I do, and sometimes things I posted here would get decent engagement vs the "big" social sites.
Hell I even used to publish my videos to 3Speak, but I gave up because they didn't get any views really. And eventually the interface was fighting me.
Youtube is where I get most views, but I also publish to Odysee, Rumble, and Bitchute.
In the beginning I could sync Odysee/Rumble to my Youtube which was very convenient.

From my understanding, Hive was a good way for people to make money depending on their currency vs I assume the dollar. Did you actually earn income from here?
I'm not even a partner on Youtube, because they changed the rules right as I met the requirements. I think I'm probably closer again now, but I've heard that Youtube's payouts are not what they once were either.
I know people who do a daily live show on Youtube/Rumble, and their main income is their premium through locals and live-donations.
Their audience isn't huge, but it's dedicated enough that two men in Florida can live comfortably doing a 2 hour live show mon-friday. Plus they each do solo shows daily another 2 hours each.
They make good money for 4 hours a day live lol, but they cover politics and do edgy comedy etc.
I feel like I could definitely dedicate more time to making content if there was a financial incentive, and maybe I could have worked harder at getting there.
I've always felt a need to be creative, but with making video I have an inventory of time invested and I just don't know if it makes sense to be honest.
