🌞Time in itself does not change it is always the same 24 hours in a day the same 365 days of the year what changes is how we live them the days turn into weeks and the years into sighs it is as if we were looking at the world in a moving train and each station passes faster than we can appreciate and as we get older we fall into the trap of routine where the days become predictable and tiring and surprises become scarce and the urgencies we feel happy not filled with thousands of worries that often overwhelm us.
🌞worry is what makes us fear the unpredictable and what we cannot yet handle and it puts us in front of life with a divided mind and a divided mind is that I cannot be completely here because I am there, but neither can I be completely there because I also have to live here the divided mind drains our energy and consumes our time because we have to continuously debate between the immediate and the potential that which we cannot handle trying to fight the battle of life from two fronts is to lose the war beforehand fighting with the problems of today and with the potential problems of tomorrow. today's problems and tomorrow's potential problems end up consuming the energy we had for today because when we live worried we are so concerned about the future and we lose awareness that we have two problems because the future is not here and secondly it does not belong to us it is not our jurisdiction there is nothing to worry about that can change a problem.
🌞because if we think about it how many things we worry about have not happened yet, worry never cures anything, but steals our life, so the smartest thing we can do is to live our day to day without worrying so much about the debts of the commitments of our responsibilities and I am not saying that we ignore them, but that we do not assume or imagine what is going to happen. because none of us knows the future and given the fragility of life, let's enjoy living with love and passion, even in misfortunes, because in the end the present is the only thing that belongs to us.
🌞by the year 2130 all of us who are here today will be dead neither our parents nor siblings nor friends nor known enemies nor relatives we will all be buried or cremated our home will be occupied by someone else our possessions the things we treasure today will be given away or thrown away or be full of dust if they exist at all our descendants will not open of us and maybe after our death for some time someone will miss us and remember us but with the passing of time we will only be a picture in some portrait holder and after a few decades we will be archived and voted out of some box. and maybe after our death for some time someone will miss us and remember us but as time goes by we will only be a picture in some portrait holder and after a few decades we will be filed and voted in some dusty box what I mean is that it is time to abandon the weight of worries and live a different life without so much stress.
