I wouldn't have guessed grip strength would be an accurate predictor of all-cause mortality.
I would say my keyboard hands aren't that strong 😅
But I do agree that it is good to prepare for staying fit (body and mind) at a later age.
Heading slowly towards 50 I try to keep myself fit by cycling a lot, walking and taking the stairs whenever I can. What you eat and drink is also an important factor by the way.
I recently read about the one leg balance. I thought the book was called 'Tiny habits'. It had more simple health tricks, but one of them was brushing your teath standing on one leg to improve your balance.
