It's a time of change, literally. I mean it's the time of year that time itself changes, daylight saving.
I'll be off to bed soon, I'm just finishing off watching Formula One qualifying live from Singapore and then I'll be off...but not before I change the time on my wall and desk clocks and on my Casino Mud Master watch by an hour...and hour forward. Between one moment and the next it'll be 1am Sunday morning instead of midnight meaning I lose an hour...and yet they call it daylight saving. Of course, I'll make that hour back in sick months when the clocks go back to normal time and I get to wind them back and hour.
It'll mean more daylight in the evenings and by the middle of summer the sun will still be up at around 9pm. I'm not really a fan of it to be honest though, the days are naturally longer in summer anyway, I just don't see the need to shift the time. It's interesting actually, as not all of Australia has daylight savings with some States,Queensland for instance, opting against it. Maybe I need to move there!
It is what it is I suppose and it's not like I can change the fact.
Do you have daylight saving time in your location and, if so, do you like it or loathe it. Feel free to explain either way if you'd like.
