One of close friend wanted to take penthouse(flat on the top of building),so we together went to see the penthouse on the 14th floor of the building where i took some picture and discuss on the advantages and disadvantage of living on the top floor of the building.As my friend already living in Berlin Germany, according to him there is only benefit of living on high floors but be an Indian,my mindset is totally different regarding living in higher floor. First time in my life i went to 14th floor of any building, it is quite scary for me to click picture from above, my legs were shaking, feeling anxiety 😜
'm on the 14th floor of building,for me it is scary view because Acrophobia person, fear of height... but anyhow i click some picture just because darr ke aage jeet hain 😂😜

I will never take flat on such height,i don't why people are so crazy about penthouse, to be Frank i didn't feel it beneficial from any ways...

I clicked the pictures from all the angles, to get Amazing view from top, apart from fear, it was like Breath-taking, dizzying and eye popping 😂😂 i don't know what will be my condition when i will on 103 floor of Burj Khalifa 😜
These are houses in that area,every house infrastructure is same, omega green park is one of the biggest project of lucknow which provides Residential area, commerical property.
If i get the chance to buy the top floor of the building, definitely for me,my answer will big "No", there are many reasons like Movement of furnitures, luggages while shifting can create huge problem,Electricity unit is quite costly in india, living in higher floor then chances of Electricity bill in summers is surely to be high due to hot weather, during earthquake it will be more difficult to get down quickly,Higher floors are not recommended for families with elderly members, even the cost of high floor apartment is high investment, even you will feel lazy everytime you get down to buy things common stuff like grocery items, vegetables etc.
while my friend wishes to opt for living on the top floor only.Accoding to him Living on the top floor feels different from living on down floors, as it offers awesome sceneric views and get quality natural air, dustfree environment and receives the maximum amount of sunlight in winters. Even you will not get suffered of noise from shifting furniture or children playing above you, if you are on the top floor penthouse!
