Yesterday 03/12 was celebrated the international day of the doctor however due to work issues I could not make the publication that I had planned for yesterday but today I am making this post to congratulate and thank all those doctors in the world who exercise this beautiful and noble work that although it is quite important is little recognized and taken into account./El día de ayer 03/12 se celebro el día internacional del medico sin embargo por cuestiones de trabajo no pude realizar la publicación que tenia planeada para ayer sin embargo hoy estoy realizando este post para felicitar y agradecer a todos esos medico del mundo los cuales ejercen esta hermosa y noble labor que aunque es bastante importante es poco reconocida y tomada en cuenta.
Desde hace más de 80 años cada 3 de diciembre se el internacional del medico, esta carrera aunque complicada es bastante bonita el algunos países los médicos no son valorados como debieran eso a la mayoría de las personas no les importa he igual siguen estudiando. Este día fue declarado en honor al medico cubano que descubrió el mosquito transmisor de la fiebre amarilla es por eso que como tributo a él y a todos los médicos del mundo se declaro este día. Esta carrera están bonita y tan complicada a la vez, algunas veces olvidamos que las personas que la estudian son seres humanos y eso aveces se olvida, cuantas personas no hemos pasado por una situación medica y cuando vamos a los centros de salud la desesperación nos lleva a tratar mal al médico que en su momento nos ta prestando la ayuda, esto es cuestan del estrés del momento y es entendible sin embargo no pensamos en la situación contraria en los problemas que tenga el médico los cuales día a día los dejan atrás para poder ayudar a los demás. Son cosas que nunca pensamos sin embargo debemos tener en cuenta.
This career is beautiful and so complicated at the same time, sometimes we forget that the people who study it are human beings and that sometimes is forgotten, how many people have not gone through a medical situation and when we go to health centers desperation leads us to treat badly the doctor who at the time is giving us the help, this is cost of the stress of the moment and it is understandable but we do not think about the opposite situation in the problems that the doctor has which day by day leave them behind to help others. These are things that we never think about but we must take into account.
En ocasiones me conseguido con compañeros que tienen que dejar a su familiar solo en casa incluso un hijo o hasta su propia madre y deben irse dejando esas emergencias casa solo porque no puede faltar a su trabaja, si un médico falta otro médico sufre ya que no puede entregar guardia, no se si esto ocurra en otros países pero donde yo estoy el deficis de personal de salud es bastante grande ademas tenemos falta de insumos médicos es por eso que muchos médicos están dejando el sector público para irse al sector privado donde ganan un poco mas y trabajan menos horas

Este problema del sector salud agudizo la falta de personal médico es por eso que debe crecer la empatia entre los médicos que quedan trabajando, en algunos centros de salud se pueden ver médicos que cumplen guardias de hasta 48 horas incluso más, no solo el problema viene del lado de salud algunos pacientes aumentan su estrés ya que económicamente no pueden cubrir sus gastos.El personal médico debe entender todo esto en algunas situaciones respirar profundo y dejar pasar los malos momentos que se viven con los pacientes incluso los momentos de miedo.
