I have diabetes, had a heart attack last year. Due to diabetes, my feet remain numb most of the time. Due to heart condition, I get severe cramps in my legs even during the day.

So, you could understand/imagine where would the scale be lying.

I am taking necessary steps to maintain my health and getting better, though. So, I am not dissatisfied, you could say.
