On the jobs question, the simple answer is no one knows! The only certainty is uncertainty and so that is what the kids of today need to be better prepared for. Expect to have to retrain and re-skill, potentially multiple times in your life. Developing young people who are able to pick up and learn new concepts quickly is key but then so too is being able to deal with change itself.
