We Talk Friday Ep. 53: Terminated Imagery
1. Image all the People
I am having trouble uploading images on Peakd and on Ecency. The one above I uploaded through hive.blog and then cut and paste the link into Peakd, so let's see if it works. Anyone else having issues?
Haven't had any issues for years, so it has broken my rhythm. I think it is called,
Hive Privilege.
2. Terminated?
Trump fancies himself the terminator now, as he announces that the war with Iran has been terminated. This is because of a law that requires him to have congress approval, which he doesn't have. Anyway, it means that even though nothing has changed, the blockades are still in place, the Strait of Hormuz still closed, and Trump is threatening to blast the hell out of Iran if they don't make a deal, there is no war.
*Nothing to see here.... move along.
3. Take a Hike
Ah, and since we are here again. The Trump administration has added some more tariffs on the EU, with cars and trucks now facing a 25% tariff. When is the EU going to grow a pair of balls and stop pandering to a single economy? Sure, it is the largest, but only because people keep pandering. Pull the plug, start taxing US services locally, and use the income to build a strong European economy that doesn't rely on the US at all. The US government is unreliable in about every sense of the word - unlike European cars - unless they are French.
