Whenever life is treating us well and we have strong financial power, when it seems like everything is working in our favour, we must endeavour to tread softly and use it to our advantage. The truth is, we all have periods when it feels like we performed rituals, as everything keeps falling into place for us without struggle. Whatever you touch during such a time seems to work. Almost everything becomes productive and turns out well without problems.
However, if you experience this season and fail to do something meaningful with the financial gains, then you are heading toward doom.

There is a saying: when money keeps flowing in from different avenues, the best thing to do is to invest it and ensure it doesn’t leave you. Money is like a spiri. When it shows up and you don’t put it to good use, you may easily go bankrupt and be forced to start all over again.
Many people have lost their fortunes carelessly, with the assumption that money will keep coming. But what if it stops? We can never fully predict what life has in store. There will be good times and bad times. Everything can not be rosy all the time. There will be moments when things won’t work in your favour, and it may feel as though you are under a spell or besieged by challenges.
It is not wise to put all your eggs in one basket. It is important to spread your tentacles and build multiple streams of income. Meaningful investments here and there should always be a priority. This is something we must do consistently.
Imagine having only a single source of income, and it stops working. You won’t find it easy to recover.
So why am I saying this?
Yesterday, a friend of mine had a housewarming, and it was a beautiful thing. He completed his house and moved in immediately. His business is doing well, and it was thoughtful of him to achieve something so significant without affecting his business. No one can even tell the depth of his planning. He has secured his life and that of his family by putting a roof over their heads. It is truly commendable.
I’m genuinely happy for him for making such a wise decision instead of using all his money just to flex.
In all we do, we must remember that life is given to us once, and we have to live it to the fullest, but in a meaningful way.
Life is good, but we must live it wisely.
