Attitude is everything
Our attitude as human beings is very important, just like our lives. As we value and cherish our lives, we also we need to value our attitude. It determines how far we will go in life, how people will see us, and how they will relate to us. Attitude is like a bad tyre in a vehicle; it can prevent the vehicle from moving forward until it is replaced.
Some people often ask why they are not progressing and why they remain in the same position for so long. They forget that their attitude can make people, including potential helpers, stay away from them.
Your attitude will determine how far you go in life
If you have a bad attitude and refuse to work on it, be sure that you are heading toward destruction, and people will not want to associate with you. Attitude is like a flame that can light up at any point in time. It is not something you can hide or lie about. People will eventually see how you respond to life and situations through your attitude.
Attitude is not something you can hide
Some people think they can hide their attitude, but that is false. Even when hidden, attitude does not last long; it is bound to be revealed over time to the people or colleagues you are trying to conceal it from.
There is someone I know who usually borrows money from people without making any effort to repay it. It has become so bad that people around her workplace are aware of it, and she does not even feel concerned. It is a shameful act that needs to be worked on. She is decent like others and even has a side hustle she ventured into. It was because of this attitude that she was transferred to another workplace. However, within less than six months, everyone there already knew who she was. It became so bad that we heard about it from a colleague in another workplace who knew we were close.
I do not understand why we can not live within our means. It is very unfortunate. I just hope she will turn a new leaf and work on her attitude so that she can fit in well wherever she goes or finds herself.
People are watching us in whatever we do, we may not realize it, but it is the truth. It is easy for people to connect and share information about others. You should learn to work with the right attitude at all times and be responsible.
