Earlier this week we released the Best PP/Cost Compare page to help PeakMonsters users look for the most cost-efficient land workers. But that doesn't end there!!
Just a few days after that update, we are now back with another update for land owners! Introducing the LAND CALCULATOR ON PEAKMONSTERS.
LAND CALCULATOR ON PEAKMONSTERS
Using the land calculator is quite straightforward. You just have to adjust the configurations, and then the Land Calculator tool will do the work and compute the Production Points and other outputs for you.
In fact the calculator itself may be the best method for most users to understand how land 1.5 will work and how the points system works.
In this succeeding parts of this post, we will be taking a closer look at each section of this awesome tool.
ABOUT THE LAND
In the About the Land portion, you can adjust the specifications specific to the land: rarity, condition, and terrain type.
- Rarity: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary
- Condition: Magic Resource, Occupied, None
- Terrain: Badlands, Bog, Caldera, Canyon, Desert, Forest, Hills, Jungle, Lake, Mountain, Plains, River, Swamp, Tundra
Each specification provides a corresponding boost, which is shown in the dropdown along with the other options. As shown in the above image, choosing Condition: Occupied will provide a 100% boost, then none won't provide a boost, and so on.
OTHER ASSETS
In the highlighted portion, you can choose the specifications for Titles, Totems, and Runi.
- Titles: The Legionnaire, The Watcher, The Gambler, The Explorer, The Untamed, The Praetorian, The High Roller, Custom Titles
- Totems: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, None
- Runi: Regular Foil, Gold Foil
For example, adding a Runi will both add a 100% boost and additional Production Points, which is also indicated in the dropdown menu.
LAND WORKERS
For the next highlighted section, you can input the details of your cards working on land. You can specify the edition, rarity, foil type, BCX, and element which all would give a varying production points.
- Edition: Alpha, Beta, Untamed, Chaos
- Rarity: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary
- Foil Type: Regular, Gold
- BCX
- Element: Fire, Water, Earth, Death, Life, Dragon, Neutral
Similar to the previous sections, the corresponding PP boost is also indicated in the dropdown menu for workers. Note that the boost for elements is dependent on the terrain that you've previously specified. In the example above, fire and death cards will give a 10% boost, while earth and life will give a 50% deduction because we are in a Badlands terrain.
TOTAL PP AND SHARING CONFIGURATION
Voila! After completing all the inputs, we now have our Total Base PP and Total Boosted PP.
You can see the Totals at the bottom part of the calculator. This also includes the PP/sps (occupied condition), grain/hr, PP/research (magical resource condition), and totem encounter.
Lastly, you can also share your configuration to your friends and with the community. Simply click on the Share button, and then send out the link to anyone.
