Presenting our favorite Caprese – a classic combination of tomatoes and mozzarella.
So this consists of ripe, juicy and sliced tomatoes, soft creamy mozzarella (which is also my favorite), fresh basil to add fragrant, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to enhance the flavor.
This is what we always order in an Italian Restaurant. Even my boyfriend can make this because it’s just simple to make as you can see.
