Today started out bright and sunny. I took this picture while staring at the sky from the landlord’s balcony. I had stopped by to help him assess some files on a project i recommended for him to partake in. While i was waiting for him to get ready.
For a moment I stood there looking at the surroundings. I noticed the electric pole supply was planted inside the compound but it does not belong to anyone on the street directly. It remains a property of the electricity company.
It made me think how many things in life keep working for us even when we don’t own them or fully understand them.
We just have free access to enjoy them.
Sometimes the sky, the air, the rains, the wind and the small crawling insects are minute details we ignore. Yet they have roles to play in the ecosystem. Their presence cannot be ruled out completely.
I Just stood, breathed, and snapped this before the day got busy. It may not be perfect shot but it was enough to reset my head to wait - stare.
