This tool is often used by fishermen or anglers to keep the fish they catch so that they remain alive and fresh in the water. Mesh bags are a regular part of anglers' daily lives, and this one seems to be new. The knitted threads still look shiny. It hangs from the body of the boat where you see its reflection in the water.
